Pool suddenly not working, return 0 result after vote

    Hi,
    The poll suddenly not working.
    After click the ‘Vote’ button, the result all return zero.

    What is the problem? Is this plugin still working?
    Seem like didn’t update ur version quite a while.

    Where is your poll embedded or how are you sharing it? Are there any Javascript errors showing in the browser console?

    nothing show in the console.
    But I think i have reached the free signal limit.
    Is this is the case?
    If so, if I delete the old polls, will the signal count reduced?

    I don’t know what your Crowdsignal account is so I can’t check your signal limit but the signal limit is shown at the top of the page when you login to Crowdsignal.com.

    Deleting polls won’t reduce the count, you’ll have to consider upgrading your account – https://crowdsignal.com/pricing/

    I did check on my account, yes the free signal counter indeed became zero.

    Ok, will consider to upgrade the account.
