• Hello,

I don’t know why, but although the website looks normal from the visitor’s point of view, after logging in it is displayed incorrectly without any layout – printscreen.

It’s obviously related to the theme (mantra) because the other site is showing the same problem and the site with a different theme works fine.

However, even if I change the theme, it has no effect.

How do I fix this please?

    Thank you

to rule out a theme conflict, try switching to one of the default (Twenty*) themes.

Make sure to delete all Cache (plugin, server, browser) prior to viewing the new theme.

It’s obviously related to the theme (mantra)…

Please note a message at the Mantra themes page, which reads:
This theme hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

    Hello @t-p,

I tried clearing the cache using WP Fastest cache, but it had no effect. Like clearing browser cache or using a different one. I don’t know exactly how to clear the cache on the server. (of course I can try the web hosting support)

However, as you said, this is a theme that hasn’t been updated in a long time and has totally broken WP.

And probably the only solution will be to backup the domain and re-upload clean WP.

But I’m afraid that after re-uploading the backup, the problem will reoccur. Or not? And would you recommend a similar theme to me, please?

    Thank you
