This plugin would have been great if there were a great documentation of what exactly needed to be checked to make sure things worked..there should be like steps by step of how to find the different html elements and then what to check or what to do to troubleshoot the plugin.

Just a one page dedicated to how to make this plugin work is lacking..many pages on the plugin website and yet nothing that you can trust to have this plugin to work.

Your right it is poor and un-useful and I apologise for that. I am in the process of improving it along with a newly updated site. If you are stuck on the installation please let me know how I can help. Thank you.

well i have a website that is private..and i sent you message on slack which you ignored..i dont even mind to pay for support.

reason why i am not posting my issue publicly is because i will like to keep the website private..or how else can i do that..again i can pay for your help..and yes i sent you slack message

Sorry for ignoring your Slack message. I don’t normally get any DM via WP Slack channel and I was pretty busy working on the next release which came out yesterday.

It is not really the place for asking for support. If you want to keep your site private and any details you share you may contact me via the plugins site.

    Thank you.
