Poor customer care & support

  • I am trying to integrated this plugin in my client website, and I am feeling so much difficult to integrate this plugin in my website and its been month. We contacted to paygent support it is worst I have everface in my life 1st they dont support you after their office time that is monday-friday from 10-5 only. You won’t get support other day from that time. They have worst follow up team. Next they dont have technical person who can follow with your problem and when I contacted them they told me to contact woocommerce that is not their problem,fedup with this plugin. Not recommended if you are going to use for Japanese client.
