Poor customer service

I purchased the Easy Digital Download extension and it’s not workin properly. I spoke with them pre-sales about problems with GA and EDD, and they assured me there were no problems.
Session data was bizarre, so I emailed support within the 14 days and after a lengthly delay I received a one sentence answer that did not address my problem. They seems to want to make no effort to help other than give me a link to GA support. In addition, they ignored the second question in my ticket. I asked for a refund (they talk on their website how refunds can be given if the product doesn’t work) and after a few days now I still have no reply.
Very disappointed.
