• I purchased the Easy Digital Download extension and it’s not workin properly. I spoke with them pre-sales about problems with GA and EDD, and they assured me there were no problems.

    Session data was bizarre, so I emailed support within the 14 days and after a lengthly delay I received a one sentence answer that did not address my problem. They seems to want to make no effort to help other than give me a link to GA support. In addition, they ignored the second question in my ticket. I asked for a refund (they talk on their website how refunds can be given if the product doesn’t work) and after a few days now I still have no reply.

    Very disappointed.

    Hi David,

    It was not a length delay at all. Our support staff was responsive and there was a back and forth communication. We linked to GA Support because that was better described the reason there. We don’t OWN Google Analytics and thus never responsible what they do.

    For your refund, It was processed. There was a little patience required..

    and this place is not for premium related inquiries. It is like you are giving us a threat here.

    If you upsell in the WordPress plugin space then you invite every one of your customers to leave a review about that experience.

    Your plugin page is loaded with an ad for all your extensions. This is 100% a valid review and there’s no threat here.

    You are right though about the refund conversation. That’a not for these forums or reviews and I am closing this off.

    @giraffe While you can talk about that in the review because it is your experience, don’t try to use this place as a way to get a refund. I’m closing this review from any more replies.
