• I’ve been a big fan of Yoast and have used them for years. BUT! Their latest 11.6 release tanked my site with 500 errors (and if you look on the forum, many other people). I reached out to their support and was told since I wasn’t a premium member they couldn’t help me. They said to look at their knowledge base. Absolutely worthless information given their knowledge base is for basic issues and user guides. My dog offered better support (at least emotionally).

    I get that bugs can happen and that it takes some time to fix. But not even communicating to your users something like “yes, we are aware of that issue…and we are working on it”, shows a complete lack of respect. Other plugins acknowledge their issues and communicate to users their planned solution. Nothing.

    Oh how the mighty have fallen. I’m going to start looking at All-in-one SEO as an alternative for my site and my clients.
