Poor customer support

  • Compré este plugin para deshacerme de la NextGen Gallery ya que me daba problemas y además no es compatible con AMP y temporalmemte fue una solución aceptable pero no a la larga.
    El plugin muestra debidamente las imágenes pero va muy lento y además ralentiza y mucho mi web debido a los css y especialmente a los js que inyecta en cada página, lo noté muchísimo en la última actualización además de que consume muchos recursos en mi servidor. Además he tenido problemas con él ya que la opción de ordenar las imágenes por fecha no me funcionaba o a dos por tres se desconfiguraba, desde soporte técnico me lo solucionaron pero tardaron casi 5 días en arreglarlo, así que diría que el soporte al cliente es lento.

    Si tienes una web sencilla que busca posicionarse y no quieres gastarte mucho en servidor lo ideal es que uses la galería nativa que da wp por defecto, esa ha sido mi opción y la web va como un tiro.

There was an error, which was not allowing us to finalize the changes. But our developers did their best and solved your issue yesterday.     It took you another day to reply my email begging for undoing the changes you have made and really made a mess in my back end gallery, I contacted you 1st November for a minor change and you sorted it out four days later. Thanks!
