Poor customer support

Was beginning to enjoy the app as my customers started building up reward points for their purchases– it was becoming an added value to my store.
After a recent update to woocommerce and wordpress, the beans plugin stopped integrating and connecting to my woocommerce shop.
I am reviewing this plugin 1 star because of my dozens of emails I’ve sent to Beans with no response. I simply want them to acknowledge that there is an issue with this plugin. It’s been going on over a week without resolution,
My requests are falling upon deaf ears and now I’m left with hundreds of customers upset, who’ve began building a dependance on my customer loyalty plan only now to have it no longer working.
Until I receive a response from Beans, I wouldn’t recommend downloading this plugin.
