Poor development

  • I use this plugin for the mega menu. It has so many problems. The plugin itself conflicts with elementor pro so I’m constantly having to disable and debug and unable to use many elementor pro features.

    Also the latest update was garage. I’m completely locked out of the menus section and unable to update menus, widgets or modules.

    Please debug before you roll WPMET.

    Beware before you download this plugin. Not recommended.

    Hi Avi-on,

    In your review you have not provided any screenshot/video of the issues. Neither have you tried to open a support ticket.

    The Megamenu is working as expected.
    You can check the troubleshoot video with latest version of Elementor and ElementsKit insllated.(https://youtu.be/BPafUg67wHk)

    You might’ve facing the issue because of an outdated plugin. In that case, you can open a support ticket describing your issues and steps to reproduce it. (Make sure to provide screenshots which clearly shows the issue)

    We haven’t received any response from you since the last reply. We have checked ElementsKit in our development environment both with Elementor and Elementor Pro to see if there is any conflict. But unfortunately, we found no issue at all.

    So, first try to deactivate all the plugins except Elementor and ElementsKit. After that, if the issue still persists then switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 theme or Hello Elementor theme.

    Hopefully after following the above steps you will find the culprit plugin/theme that is causing the issue.
