    Hello @fmartine6,

    Help section is placed inside the plugin in Membership 2 -> Help. You will find there list of available shortcodes you can use on your site (also for registration form).
    Also after installation and activation plugin creates Registration page that already has need shortcode (you will find list of Membership pages in Membership 2 -> Settings -> General tab). In FAQ section of plugin you will find link to full usage page https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/membership/#usage
