Poor Documentation

Downloaded this Plugin because in the description it says it works with Twilio. Activated the plugin and went to setup a webservice. With some exception all default options are Iranian. A few for Australia, Italy but nothing for UK or USA and no Twilio anywhere.

No help available unless you can read Iranian so its clear this is incomplete and the description misleading.
