It’s not right place to discuss about paid/premium addons.
Sure it is, in a review. If it were a support topic then yes, that would get closed with a note. I’m closing this review as others have replied and they can start their own support topic. I’ve archived that reply.
There are no customers here, just opensource users of code. There are no companies here, just people who have contributed their opensource code and time. Commercial, pro, refund or even pre-sales conversations have no place in these forums. Even people who are paid or compensated by someone are not company representatives here. They are volunteers supporting the contribution of code on this site.
The one exception is reviews. When a plugin or theme upsells either here or in the user’s dashboard then that feedback is permitted.
Any customers for a “pro” version or services related to this plugin or they got there from here are invited to leave a review related to this plugin, premium or not.
So yeah, talking about this experience including your refund policy (thanks for the URL) is perfectly valid.
