Poor FB video quality on mobile devices

Hi there! I noticed that the quality of the linked Facebook video drops to a rather abysmal quality when viewed on a mobile device – despite using the same wifi as my laptop. I am using chrome on my mobile and am on high speed wifi. Is there any setting to change this as I cannot find the solution to it ??
