Poor (or non existing) support

  • I have purchased the plugin and added it to my wordpress installation. I only have 4 items for the time being. Instead of showing them in small thumbnails in a row or something, it shows each product’s photo in full column width. The price is not showing. The only thing below the huge photo is a portion of the title.
    The item detail page looks OK except the fact the the “Purchase” button is hidden. It only shows on mouse hover (which of course I discovered by accident)
    I opened a support ticket in their website about a week ago. No reply whatsoever.

    A waste of money.
