Poor patronising customer service

Font didnt work within the plugin it was linked to and then when I asked them about it, was told I wont help you unless you pay, read the instructions or ask the forum. Thats like me going into a shop and being told I will only answer your question if you give me money, but read the the tag info or ask another customer.
