Poor Performance

    Hi,

    We’re using version 1.4.11 and experience very poor performance on our production site where it takes 1.9 (!) minutes to load the ATUM dashboard. On our test environment it “only” takes 17.72 seconds.

    We have 1620 products in our Woocommerce store. Any pointers for improving performance or debugging it would be very much appreciated.

    Thank you very much for your post.

    I am sorry you are experiencing issues with load in the Dashboard. We have discussed this with my senior dev as ATUM is tested on 20 times more products than you have.

    We need to follow these steps to be able to find out what is causing it:

    1. is your test environment running the same db as the live site?
    2. if it does, we will need you to open a ticket. Our team can have a look inside and find what is going on.
