Poor PRO Support

  • Bought the Pro version while building our installation. We decided to change our domain name for various reasons but there are no ways to unlink the license to change the associated WordPress address.

    The free version works great for what it allows you to do, but don’t buy the pro version unless you are 100% sure you are not going to ever change your wordpress URL ever.

    This is well documented throughout the purchase process:

    “Pro version licenses are registered to the WordPress Site Address value and are nontransferable (licenses cannot be re-sold or re-used on another WordPress Site Address). Licenses do not expire, and there are no recurring / yearly fees for updates and support.”

    I don’t see the problem in buying a new license for a new website (or domain change).

    I’m sorry but this forum is not for commercial products. Only the free plugins downloaded from https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/. Please contact the plugin’s vendor directly with any questions about commercial products.
