    As per the system, you must have to open the support ticket for the issue, and If we are unable to resolve or answer then you comment, then it’s feasible, but without asking any questions, how you can rate with poor customer service?
    We have not received any request from you related to service

    No. There is no requirement or guideline that one must request support (here or elsewhere) before making a review.
