• I’ve just ordered a plugin bundle, 3 year licence. The confirmation message said an email would be sent, but it wasn’t. The license is showing on my account in Supsystic fine, but there is no invoice! Literally every other company I’ve ordered anything with online ever, even the really rubbish ones, have an area you can download your invoices in your account section. This seems very unprofessional.

    Plugins are fine, if temperamental. If you don’t need an invoice (I guess most of their clients must be hobbyists?) then all is OK.
