Poor Support after Premium Purchase

I signed up for the premium but never got a confirmation link even though the charge shows on my cc. I can’t cancel because their system requires a number that only comes in the confirmation email. Sent several request through their site but no response. I will have to cancel my credit card to avoid being recharged in a year. They should have a system in place that assist with issues like this. Won’t be using them and I am deleting the plugin from my site.
