• I signed up for the premium but never got a confirmation link even though the charge shows on my cc. I can’t cancel because their system requires a number that only comes in the confirmation email. Sent several request through their site but no response. I will have to cancel my credit card to avoid being recharged in a year. They should have a system in place that assist with issues like this. Won’t be using them and I am deleting the plugin from my site.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    This review is feedback so it stays. But support for a customer cannot happen on this site. That’s not allowed and I hope this gets sorted out away from this site.
