Poor Support

    After doing much research and trying lots of options I ended up buying the PRO version. It was way expensive and def not worth the $50. The software is decent and to be honest I would have used other options but could never get image upload to work. This one was able to do image upload by bypassing the built in WordPress media upload.

    Their version of good support is responding to your question, they hardly ever provide solutions. I am going to use it because it works and because I paid $50. But I still feel like I got ripped off.

    Hello,

    In the support forum we always try to solve the issue immediately. If you have any issue with image upload in pro version then you can post on the forum they will fix this problem as early as possible. Sometime this issue occurs for plugin and theme conflict. Many more client use pro version but they are ok with the image upload button. So, i think you can post it in our support forum and you will get your solution if there is an issue we will fix this.
