Thanks! But one star for being a “Great Plugin”? Support is tough. Everyone has a different setup with multiple plugins which can cause conflicts also there are feature requests and lots of updates from WP to keep up with.

Maybe I will add a paid support system for these types of question in the future.

    Thanks for the feedback though.

A plug-inn can be awsome if you give support.
When the buyers buy your pro version en have to wait for any reaction over 2 month there is no support. This is what is lacking. That you can’t solve any problem i’ll understand. BUT: not responding at all feels like a hit and run action for me. That’s my point. So please start supporting as promised in your pro advertorial. Or change your text in: do not expect any support our goal is making money without support.

I don’t claim “FREE support” with the paid version. I just went through the support threads not sure I saw caught any questions from you.

You know what feels like a hit and run? This one star review.

I mention you are responding finally. So,I’ll raise my stars from 1 to 3 because it is a great plug inn.
I am only very disappointed in your not responding at all at all asked questions.

I’m glad for all users you woke up.

I appreciate that. Developing plugins is hard work and the reviews would be helpful if they were more about functionality. Such as what do you like about the plugin, what features are most useful to you?
