Poor Support

  • Have contacted Huge IT support 3 times now via their website in the last 2 weeks about an issue that has arised after around 1 year of use and had no reply at all! Been a great plugin when working but now some forms are no longer being called up when clicked. some short code references are showing incorrect ids though calling up correct forms when clicked on. Seems their is an issue since updating the plugin. If I don’t hear anything then I will have to uninstall it and find a new plugin that is supported by the developer. I was going to give this plugin a 5 ***** rating but since support is lacking I’m giving it a 3***

    Have received several of your emails and have given you admin details to rectify the problem but still have the same issue though you have said it is now fixed?? several forms still do not load!

    All sorted! Turns out the issue was not with HUGE IT FORMS, It was the popup addon I was using causing the error.
