• Purchased the Pro version 2 weeks ago and submitted a support ticket for an issue I’m having with still no response. I’m getting marketing emails but any responses made aren’t followed-up. Issue I’m having is that the importer isn’t puling in featured images (which it claims to do). Extremely poor support for a paid plugin

    We really apologize for the inconvenience.

    The issue for images not showing is corrected by tweaking the
    algorithm for the source site.

    The feed URL should be submitted to us for checking and fix.
