Poor Support

Purchased the Pro version 2 weeks ago and submitted a support ticket for an issue I’m having with still no response. I’m getting marketing emails but any responses made aren’t followed-up. Issue I’m having is that the importer isn’t puling in featured images (which it claims to do). Extremely poor support for a paid plugin
