Poor Support?

    It doesnt look like the support is responsive to questions and issues. No matter how great a plugin if support sucks everything else sucks. Some support questions on here were not responded to for months! I am deleting the plugin from my site.

    Hey I am sorry for your troubles! I was away on vacation when we launched an update so I was offline for a couple weeks. Since we are only a company of 3 people we got behind in support requests. We are catching up now and will be more responsive moving forward.

    Did you have a specific issue when trying our plugin?
