    1. You wrote in a public free forum during the holidays. Business is closed during the holidays which is why you didn’t get a reply till now.
    and

    2. You are asking to remove our author credit from the theme.

    This is an unfair 1-star review, this is a free theme and authors have the right to place their logo and credit in the footer. If you want it removed, buy the pro version. Otherwise, you’re simply complaining and giving a 1-star review because noone answered your support question about a free theme during the holidays when business is closed..
