Poor support

  • The layout is fine.
    But the basic customisation possibilities don’t actually match the main image presented. So I tried some support at the Themefresia website, politely asking two very simple and straightforward questions, and they have blocked me out. I’m not even allowed to log in anymore.
    Very bad support.

    Who blocked you? We don’t block anyone. If you try using wrong password multiple times then the system will block you automatically for security reason. You can contact us using our contact form to unblock your account. So that we will unblock you.
    We did not see any support related questions on our support tickets.
