• They have paid add-ons, which do not work, and they do not provide higher level support other than “knowledgebase” support and basic ticket troubleshooting. I don’t care how well your other functions might work – but when a paid add-on doesn’t work and you do not support the user in less than 36 hours, you’re getting one star. You’re affecting my business.

I’m sorry you had a rough experience, @psychmedia. That of course is not our intention.

Over on our Help Desk we strive to respond within 24 hours of a ticket being created, throughout the working week.

We realize that response times can stretch beyond this at busy periods and we’re working on that (beyond that, very occasionally, individual questions may have fallen through the cracks and if that’s what happened in your case please feel free to highlight examples so I can check in to what went wrong).

They have paid add-ons, which do not work

Care to be a little more specific? Were there issues that were particular problems in your case?

If we’ve negatively impacted your business then we’re sorry. If you can provide a little more detail it will go a long way to helping us improve in future ??
