    Hi

    I’m trying to reach the support, but there is no response on email via contact form, lost password on forum is not working, so I cannot login to forum and even if I login there is one week old last answer from moderator Stefano.

    We switched from Mailpoet and we are sending out 3000 emails/day .. i hope I won’t regret switching ??

    no response neither on email sent … 4 days now .. official forum no reply in 14 days .. is this still Premium ?

    Hi, I confirm that we haven’t seen any email, please use a clear subject and note that the official forum is not for premium addons.

    I don’t understand .. you don’t reply to contact form, you don’t reply to direct email and official forum is not for Premium support ..?
