• I have the exact same problem as all the guys. I purchased 1 additional MyCred add ons for $29. When I clicked the download link it gave me a “Forbidden, access denied page”.

    I tried submitting a support ticket but when I clicked the support link it logs me out.

    Then I tried to just send a contact form message, but it won’t let you send contact form messages, it just tells you to read the installation documentation.

    So finally, I tried to submit a comment into the forum and unless you have a previously approved post it holds your post for moderation.

    It has been 3 days and the download links are still broken and there is no way to contact the developers. I’m going to have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges.
