• After paying for this product, I encountered some difficulty with the install. Consulted the WPGC website for assistance, consulted the video tutorials (plural). The only thing available is a basic installation video. To get any more assistance you must login? Keep in mind, I just paid for a bundle of products. I contacted their support for my login? Informed that I must pay for a “Membership” Even though the product was supposed to come with 30 Days of Support? So you purchase a product from this company and they hold you hostage for more money to get instructional video support?

Stay away from them, they are unethical and canceled my purchase because I questioned their policy and practices.

Please don’t forget to include how rude and demeaning you were to our rep. We don’t conduct business in such fashion. We run a reputable and professional operation.

Support is provided for the purchase, what you were demanding was for access to special content for our paid members.

My Comments were not demeaning, I was just getting the run around from your “Rep” [name redacted]. Wasting my time and never actually answering my questions, when all I wanted was basic support and guidance on how to use your plugin.

Here is my exact comment out of the email that you claim is demeaning?

“I just paid you $49 for the bundle… I am suggesting that you provide me access to your videos to help?

    I am a paying customer?

No problem, I guess I will just clog up your support line, I do get 30 days support right?

Crazy that you do not provide all the support you can to paying customers. Returning customers! This is the second license I have purchased.

Don’t worry, you do not have to reply…. You obviously do not get it or understand.”

I wanted nothing “Special”, All I wanted was to be able to implement what I purchased and paid for. Your company is not reputable or professional when you will not support your paying customers.
