• Free version of their pricing table tool looked promising so I chose to purchase their “ultimate” version license. After submitting my payment, a license never came through.

    Attempted to reach out to support and they said there is nothing they can do and was up to the payment processor. Too bad I need to look elsewhere as the tool seemed quite good.

    Vendor confirmed there was an issue with their payment processor so at least this isn’t fraud. A shame as the tool seemed promising but their payment processor 2Checkout seems to be overly aggressive and reversing valid purchase transactions, so I’ll look elsewhere for vendor easier to do business.

    Sorry to see you in trouble. We are running business from Bangladesh and PayPal is not available here. So, we have to depend on some other services to get the PayPal support. 2checkout is a payment gateway that support PayPal and many other master and visa cards. Usually, they don’t marked any transaction as suspect or fraud. But, in your case, 2checkout marked the transaction as suspect with high risk. As a result, we will not get the money you gave. So, we already have refunded you the full money. You will get your money back within 7-8 business days. Hope that will make you feel better.
