Poor Support, takes money and fails to provide license

Free version of their pricing table tool looked promising so I chose to purchase their “ultimate” version license. After submitting my payment, a license never came through.
Attempted to reach out to support and they said there is nothing they can do and was up to the payment processor. Too bad I need to look elsewhere as the tool seemed quite good.
