Poor theme integration

    Hi guys,

    This plugin is great because of its simplicity. But it has very poor support for theme integration. It doesn’t even support TwentySeventeen, the single docs template is not inside the TwentySeventeen content wrapper.

    I think you should add more hooks to allow developers add their own custom content wrapper.
