Poor Video Quality in preview and first Part of the Video

    Hello and thank you for your help

    We use Presto Player on multiple websites and noticed there is a really poor preview with YouTube Videos. Is there some way to improve the resolution of the preview with a snippet or some other setting?

    This is really a problem for some of my websites who use these videos as a showcase for our Video work or Marketing.

    Hi @omegatcu ,

    Youtube videos should be playing at their default resolutions with Presto Player. If you’re encountering issues I would suggest checking:

    1. If you host has enough resources and processing power to be able to handle the videos.
    2. Explore our performance settings here: https://prestoplayer.com/docs/performance-preferences-explained/
