    Hi @pathfinderjo ! – I am really sorry to hear about the poor experience you’ve had ?? If you’re a pro member, we make sure to reply back to everyone’s email well within 24 hours – if you didn’t get a reply back, your email likely was accidentally lost, perhaps caught in a filter. If we did reply back, our email may have been caught in your inbox filter? We are actively involved in the forum daily during the week. So if you didn’t get a reply, please let us know.     Just an additional note here of what happened in trying to contact us. Scott and I made note in your forum thread you had created; we had an update for Gravity Forms last night that unfortunately included a bug that prevented members from completing the form and gave an error. We corrected this issue with the contact form plugin as quickly as we could and all members should be able to submit their support tickets just fine now. Really sorry about this inconvenience @pathfinderjo . I hope you might reconsider the rating in this review after trying once more to get in touch with us.

    Hi Becky,

    Thanks for clarifying the reason for us being unable to use your support forum. Trust that your internal issues are now sorted.

    Here’s my issue:

    On my website, some of the images doesn’t open in a lightbox, it just opens the media library link. See for example: https://hannesroodt.co.za/edwin-and-natasja-wedding/.

    See for example this photo in die Mosaic Gallery: https://hannesroodt.co.za/wp-content/gallery/edwin-and-natasja/Edwin-Natasha-Hewitt-Wedding-26.jpg – It opens like that when clicked.

    Yes I did receive it. I passed my deadline of the project, so submitted it as is. I don’t have time to follow up on the issue.
