Pop up a video on page load with cookies

Hi All,

I need to popup a youtube video on the home page with a cookie that will not show it again to the same visitor for 30 days.

I have done this in the past with jQuery cookies, and jQuery Colorbox. The WordPress site already uses Fancybox, so something that works with Fancybox would be ideal.
