pop up box on nav bar

I want the text that shows up in box (when hovering over page link) to be different than the text that it hovers over. Example, name of page is “advice”; I want it the text on hover to read “advice for vampires”.
I did it with a spry menu in dreamweaver. Is there something similar for wordpress?
