Pop-Up box still reappears

    Hi,

    I am trying to get the pop-up box to only appears once on my site. i.e. When a user close the box, it will not re-appear again until 48 hours. (Cookies expiration). However, the box is reappearing despite I’ve closed it on every pages/refresh. Below are my settings.

    I’ve disabled test mode and also tried in incognito mode, no luck either. How can I set the box to only appear one time? so my users don’t get annoyed.

    Hi @harprit87,

    First things first: those settings look good to me and should do the trick.

    I just checked your website and noticed that the cookie was also set correctly, both when the box is showing and also when it is dismissed.

    Upon reloading the page, the cookie was still there and the box did not show for me. So everything looks good to me.

    Did you manage to resolve this somehow, or is this a testing issue? Please note that in “test mode” the cookie will be ignored and something in incognito mode cookies are also deleted upon every browser opening/closing.

    Thanks for your reply.

    With those settings I have, it seems to be working now. I needed to wait for about few hours though. I can only think because of the cache plugin/Cloudfare settings on my site.
