Pop up button close too fast

    Hi there,

    when I click the button pop up it closed too fast, and shown close within 20secs. May I know how do I fix this?
    Can try click on the winner CTA to view it

    Thank you for the topic.

    We checked and noticed that currently, our Popup plugin is not installed on your website. 

    However, you can achieve your desired result with our plugin.?
    In order to achieve your desired result, please do the following.

    Head to the Popups > particular?popup > Styles tab >?Closing animation speed option.?

    Then, head to the?Popups > particular?popup > Settings tab >?Autoclose Delay (in seconds) option and set 0 for it.

    Make use of the On click trigger of the plugin.?
