You can try the following CSS: .menu_mobile {z-index:8000!important}

It will reduce the layer index from 8004 to 8000 and go behind the popup shadow.

I do not know if this will cause other issues, so make sure to make tests.

It just make the menu disappear. Any other choices?

It does not disappear for me, it just goes behind the shadow and is barely visible. I believe that is what you have asked initially.

Yes, I have checked and the logo goes under the top panel. So it is a fight between the left menu, your top panel and GTranslate popup shadow.

I have spent some time playing with the z-index layer numbers, but did not find a quick solution for you. Unfortunately I’m not ready to spend more time on it. Feel free to consult your theme developer for help.
