Pop up close button not visible

    Hi

    I found this treat but could not follow up here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/pop-up-close-button-not-visible/

    I have an issue that my button is not visible so my visitors can’t close the pop up because they don’t know where the button is. The color is on black and the background is white so the button should be visible.

    With the code expecter I can see an error caused by the icon.

    Maybe you know how to fix this.

    Hi there @simonheller and @dmcco1 ,

    We have already reported this issue to our developers and they are working on a fix. It seems that some themes are conflicting with MailPoet and it prevents the Close button from loading.

    In the meantime, you can add this snippet of CSS code to your site to see if works:

    .mailpoet_form_close_icon, .mailpoet_form_close_icon { 2 padding: 0; 3}

    You should add that to the “Additional CSS” section in your Customizer under Appearance > Customize. Let us know if it works!

    There is a typo in the example but this works fine.
