Pop-up display issue

  • Hi Team Icegram,

    I am using a free version and created a pop-up on two of our pages in our site. When I go to the first page, the pop-up displays. However, when it doesn’t display when I go to the other page. Can you please look into the issue?

    Also, how can I set both pages to display every time I open them?

    Hi Mich,

    We checked your site on both pages Icegram messages are not present.
    Have you deactivate the plugin?
    Can you please give us screenshot of your admin settings?

    Hi Sandhya,

    Icegram is now working on both pages. I sent you an email at [email redacted] as well.

    Another issue: When I went to our homepage I hit the escape key to make the pop-up disappear. After I did that, the image slider never loaded, the circle just kept spinning. The image slider, however, works on other pages where there’s no Icegram pop-up.

    Can you please look into it?
