Pop-up display on navigation

    Hi,
    On my blog I’ve created a pop-up to subscribe to my newsletter. It appears on every post after 10 seconds.
    On my test : it appears on post A, I fill it, I continue my reading, I move on to post B, and it also appears… How can I tell my popup to shut down on other pages if the user has filled the form or closed it?
