Pop up display problems on EDGE browser

Just disabled the overlay for that pop up in the settings and it solved the vertical repeating problem. Is there a fix or work around for that problem to have the overlay with the pop up on EDGE browsers?

@matemayer2016 – Sorry to hear that, but there are no issues currently with the plugin in any browser. That is to say that no one else has reported an issue with it, so likely its a conflict with another plugin or your theme possibly. Also I have not seen any ticket ever with an issue of the popup repeating down the page, by all rights that should be impossible as we use custom templates and template functions that would make it immune to 3rd party filters.

Looks liek it works now on all windows browser, except on safari browsers it has the same problem.

What version of Safari are you using?

OS X Yosemite safari 8 and OS X Mavericks chrome 36 has issues with the pop up, repeating the pop up banner vertically. Please see attached screenshots.

Besides those two it works on all other browsers available.

Did you change something to cause the issue to go away on most browsers?

Have you tried disabling plugins one at a time as Daniel suggested to see if this changes anything?

The only change I did, changed the vertical position of the pop up from center to top.
Nothing else was changed.

No I haven’t disabled any plugins. its probably a CSS issue but I can’t figure it out myself.

Sorry you’re still having troubles, but I don’t see how that could be caused by any type of CSS.

Please go through your plugins, disabling them one-by-one and testing the popup each time you disable a popup.

Also, please test with another theme to see if it’s a theme related issue.

We’re not going to look into other causes until you do this basic troubleshooting.
