Pop up displaying on website and button not working

  • Hi team,

    I have setup the following page with Popups for Divi. The top section is what I would like to display to users, with the button linking to a popup email opt-in. The below section is supposed to be the popup, but displaying, and the top button also doesn’t lead to a popup.

    Your help would be appreciated.
