Pop up doesn’t appear sometimes

  • Hello,
    I would like to my pop up appears always in homepage except you return to homepage once you are visiting the website. With the before version, it works well but now no. I read the forum and then I change the name of the conversion cookie name and the conversion cookie duration is 0.
    Any idea to solve that problem, please? It urges me.

    @ethink1 the problem is most probably your cookies. If you are not logged in on those browsers and the cookies are set you won’t see the popup unless you clear your cookies or change the cookies names in the popup.

    On the other browsers you probably logged as an admin and test mode its turned on
