pop up doesn't show

Hi there !

I made a popup to display only on home page, but it doesn’t show. It is a simple image.
I marked 2 items:
1.- Visitor is logged in
2.- On specific URL: https://www.lkovacs.esy.es (home)

I want it to display each time a visitor enters Home page (www.lkovacs.esy.es)

I have changed from Page Footer to WP Ajax but nothing.
My theme is AVADA.
Will it ever work?
