Our Development Team has checked this case and noticed that everything works fine in this regard on our end.
Please note, that the plugin cannot suddenly stop working without any changes applied to it.
So, please let us know what global changes have you made recently (WP update, PHP version update, Theme switch, Plugin installation).
Also, we have checked and noticed that you are currently using strong Cache plugins (Autoptimize, WP-Super-Cache, and maybe some others as well).
The problem may be connected to the cache.
So, firstly, please make a DB backup for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus).
Then, clear all the caches and check whether the issue persists or not. Or, you can deactivate the Cache plugins and check the case that way.
After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the Incognito mode or another browser/device. Then, let us know about the outcome.
