    Hi @feelingcross,

Sorry to hear of the problems you are having.

Make sure the pop up is activated.

Have you set any condition in the pop up?

Try using different Pop Over loading method from the following path.

Admin area -> Pop Over -> Settings

    Kind Regards,

    Hi @feelingcross,

Thank you for your reply and sharing the screenshot.

I can see in your shared screenshot that you have set many conditions in the pop up and some of them have not configured properly.

You have used “Visitor is not logged in” condition which only shows the pop up when the user is not logged in so if you logged in and check it then it won’t display for you and the condition “Visit via a search engine” only shows the popover if the user arrived via a search engine.

Do you really need these all conditions or you have added it for testing purpose?

Try removing all conditions by clicking on the “Remove” link displayed in the top right corner of the condition.

    Hi @blues44,

Thanks for posting on the forums.

It seems from the screenshot you have shared there is a pop over condition conflict. You are using conditions “Visitor is logged in” and “Visitor is not logged in” in a same pop over which can’t be true.

To resolve this conflict use any one condition from them.

Ideally its not a good process to post on a thread 2 months old. The plugin has changed since then and so has WordPress ??

To help keep support tickets separate, could you please open a new thread for your new question from the following page. This helps to prevent any confusion as I’m sure you understand.

As per As per the?Forum Welcome, you should post your own topic. This might also help other members looking for a similar answer ??

    Cheers,
