Pop Up doesnt work on full screen

  • Dear People,
    somehow the Pop Up of my petition only appears at screen-sizes of 980px and lower.
    And then some elements are even overlapping with the petition…which is weird becaue the z-index is 2000002 or something…

    Can anybody help me out?
